I want ask how is looking the stamp of Blacklist...

We would like to inform you that according to the Executive Regulation of Federal Law No. 6 of 1973 on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners, the Blacklist includes the persons who are prohibited from entering the country and who are prohibited from leaving the country for committing or prosecuting crimes, claiming civil rights or for their danger to public security.
The blacklisting names or lifting them shall be based on a letter issued by the competent authorities
