If you want to implement a court ruling in a labor case, you must go to the registry of the court that issued the judgment and seal it in the executive form, then register an executive case with the court and after announcing the company or the employer of the executive ruling, the company must be given 15 days after announcing the execution and this is to pay the amount executed with it during that period, and then you have to initiate several procedures for the purposes of executive seizure of the company, as follows:
1- Submitting a request to seize and bring the director of the company against whom the person is being executed, to disclose its money and submit a detailed report on that, and this request is guaranteed to prevent him from traveling
2- Submitting several requests to various bodies, such as banks, the Department of Lands and Properties, the Department of Economic Development, and the Roads and Transport Authority, to reach what the company owns with those authorities
3- Submitting a request to place a seizure sign on the company's commercial license file, which is a guarantor to suspend all the company's transactions
4- In all cases, seizing the assets of the company in preparation for selling them by public auction in order to complete the amount executed.
