good day im jecarlo working here in ruwais my...
good day im jecarlo working here in ruwais my contract will be finish on january 26 2021. i want to transfer on another employer and im already been selected and i inform my admin that i will transfer but he told me its not posible...do my previous employer has the right to deprive me from transfering to another employer?

If you have been legally terminated with your company, you can join another job, such as the expiry of the contract in fixed-term contracts. If the contract is indefinite, you can give notification to the company that you want to terminate your work. When the notification period finished then you can join another job
