The employee may object the ban by submitting an application for grievance through one of Tasheel centers or through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and its e-mail and attaching all the documents confirming his non-entitlement to the ban. The worker will receive a reference number in his application. This application will be examined and the decision to lift or maintain the ban will be considered. The worker shall then be notified of the decision of the committee.
The work ban shall be automatically removed after the expiry of the prescribed period of time. However, it should be noted that the duration of the ban begins immediately upon the departure of the worker from the country.
