You should go to the General Administration for Residency and Foreigners' Affairs and submit the visa cancellation application. The following documents should be attached to the application:

3. Original passport of the sponsored person
4. The original identity card of the sponsored person

If your work contract is of unlimited duration, you must give 30 days notice before leaving the job but if the employer commits a violation of the contract of employment and the labor law, you can leave the work without notice.
