Apart from civil companies, there are two stages for dissolution and liquidation of the facility, in order to obtain a cancellation license from the Department of Economic Development. In the event that the cancellation is by the decision and consent of the partners, the following shall be required:

A special payment order is issued to obtain the trade license dissolution certificate and appoint a liquidator
The company announces the dissolution and liquidation in two official Arabic-speaking newspapers, and waits forty-five days as an advertisement period.
