Hi currently I'm working in at Hotel and I found another job but I have notice period 2 months but I said my company I will pay for the notice period and I will leave in 24 hours my Hr agreed but my manager didn't agree he is telling me that he will call to my new company and he will give bad reference about me my question is can he do like that or not?
