I have submitted a notice period to my current employer. My last working day is on Jan 09. But my employer asked not to do service for the notice period and mentioned my last working day was Dec 09. I have followed up him to get the status. He said my cancellation will be processed after Jan 09. But he also mentioned that he will be delaying it purposely
