I’m Indian citizen.Now working as a merchandiser in a company few 3 months.In the uae abudhabi. And ny location is lulu hypermarket. Duty hours is midnight to until morning or noon it’s depends.Sometimes i got off duty because of tiredness or sick. The people who work with me in market they’ll last few doing mind game on my head. I cannot take this as well as much before I have experience this toxic mindgame with friends circle and one tim 2 months befor in carrefour market. I don’t how to people communicating this and knowing about my secrets and they’re put me down mentally with manipulating,isolation,claiming i am lier or bad one, like which is uses for mindgame. Finally i go today morning to my office the. Said management I can’t do this people doing this mindgame on me. They’re don’t accept even my single words they ask me anything you have specific evidence.. then we’ll check otherwise it’s all your mistakes. But the reality id day by day they increasing they’re act. And my mental health become shutdown.. I can’t deal with anyone because of some people’s manipulation. What should i do.One of my friend committ suïcide before 5 years ago because of this same issue.
