Good morning,My brother is Iranain passport holder and partner in a LLC company in Dubai and holder of investor residence visa in Dubai. He is outside of country for 3 months now. He could not return to UAE before expiry of his visa on 21.11.2020 . We have checked on line and on immigration website shows that his residency is still Valid till 21.12.2020.I have tried to apply an entry pass for him through Amer in order to make it possible for him to enter UAE before December 21 but the system does not accept the request and shows that “ residency file must not be expired “ . Pls also note that he is the sponsor of his 13 years old daughter, who has a valid residency till 2022 and goes to school in Dubai. I would like to have your advice of how we can proceed in his case and what are our available possibilities to apply and entry pass for him. Thank you
