We would like to inform you that if you were working for a company two and a half years ago, and you resigned and renewed the visa after two years, then in this case there are no reductions in the fine for residency violation
As for your right in exchange for the monetary return of your leave balance for the period of your employment in the company, you can submit a request to the employer to obtain a compensation for your leave balance, as below article from Labor Law states:

 

 

The worker is entitled  during each year of his service an annual leave that may not be less than the following periods:
A- Two days for each month if the worker's service period is more than six months and less than a year.
B - Thirty days every year if the worker's period of service exceeds one year.
In the event that the worker's service ends, he is entitled to annual leave for fractions of the last year.

If your previous company refused to pay for your vacation balance, you can file a complaint against the employer at the Labor Office.

If you were on unpaid leave, then you have to pay the cost of the visa renewal as you are not eligible to get wage for that period and you have to calculate the cost of that period.
