Hating yourself is a negative thought that controls your mind and pushes negative energy by controlling you. Self-thought is the beginning of entering a state of depression and getting rid of these negative thoughts and feelings begins with :
  • Re-evaluating yourself and your view of yourself, 
  • Focus on the strengths of your personality to enhance your self-confidence and thus you will find that you take care of yourself indirectly, 
  • Take care of your outward appearance and avoid calling yourself negative titles,
  •  Look at your present with strength and the future with a look of hope and optimism, 
  • Avoid frustration and despair, 
  • Be confident that God is hiding the most beautiful for you, 
  • Try to change your mood and reduce the burden that is inside you, 
  • Set for yourself Goals to start achieving, 
  • Enhance your self-confidence
  •  Strengthen religious confidence, as it has a great role in modifying your cognitive structure and your outlook on yourself.

Note that a person’s thinking, thoughts and feelings translate into behavior, and what you are going through is a state of sadness that dominates you and leads you to a state of depression and wishes for death, and not accepting treatment will not improve your condition.
