Hi My company cancel me without taking signature...

We would like to inform you that if the company cancelled you without your signature on the settlement and you want to get paid for your leave and end of services benefits, then you can file a complaint in the Labor office and accuse the employer for not paying your dues, then they will call the employer to force him to pay your dues.

 

According to the Labor Law, states the below;

 

Article 132
A worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to severance pay at the end of his employment. The days of absence from work without pay shall not be included in calculating the period of service. The severance pay shall be calculated as follows:
1. 21 days' wage for each of the first five years of service.
2. 30 days’ wage for each additional year of service provided always that the aggregate amount of severance pay should not exceed two year's wage.

You can file the complaint in the labor office and write a complaint against the employer for not paying your leave and end of services after finishing your work 

Then the labor office will contact the employer and investigate with him
