We would like to explain that, according to the paragraph 3 in article 312 of the federal penal code which stipulates on, any person commits a crime as the following will be imprisoned and paid a fine or one of the two punishments:
· If any person attacks, abuse or insult a religious rituals or Islamic beliefs
· Insulting verbally the monotheistic religions
· Doing an action of impiety, making a sin, provoking for a sin tempting another human being to commit so
· Any Muslim person eats pig meat, knowing that it is a pig meat and he/she eats it though
If any crime of the aforementioned happens, the penalty will be a prison time or paying a fine or both
Therefore, you will be imprisoned, which the judge will decide. Consequently, you will have to hire a lawyer, so he can stand for you defense at the court
