The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced the extension of the exemption for "violators of the Law on Entry and Residence of Foreigners for a further period of three months and exempting them from all fines, provided that the extension starts from 8/8/2020 to 11/17/2020 when the violation occurred before 1/3/2020 and it includes exemption from all fines imposed on them, provided they leave the country.

The procedures begin by heading to the Directorate of Nationality and Residence and submitting an application for exemption from fines and extension, this is according to the decision that we referred to previously, provided a copy of the passport, residence visa and identity card is attached with the application
