Respected Sir,
Iam Akhilesh i belongs to India.
3 months back I joined sparks security service as security gaurd.
On the contract signing period the spark authority told us you will paid Dubai basic salary for Abudhabi and latter after getting PSBD ID we will change ur basic to Abu Dhabi salary.
Now the scenario is like I got PSBD ID,Abu dhabi viza but still my salary dosent change.
As legal advice what should you prefer for me at this senario.

If your inquiry is about the employer refusing to pay your salary, find the following information:
The worker can file a complaint against the employer if the employer refuses to pay his / her salary specified in the employment contract
The worker also has the right to file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
You must provide evidence that the employer has agreed with you to change the salary when obtaining the ID
, find the UAE labor law, in regards of your inquiry:
Article (58)
It is not permitted to prove the fulfillment of workers with the wages due to them, regardless of its value or form, except by writing and acknowledgement or undertaking.
Any agreement contrary to this, even if it was prior to the implementation of this law, shall be considered null and void
