Hello please good afternoon. Please I work as a Maid under Tadbeer Al hazem domestic workers but my employer pays a salary of 2700aed whiles the office only give me 1000aed as my salary every month. I've asked for salary increment of 1500 since I have a lot of responsibilities on my head but they are refusing to grant me the salary increment. I've been working with them for 1year now and would like to know if am eligible to file for cancellation of contract with immediate effect. Thank you

 if the employer breaches his obligations towards the worker and does not grant him any of the following rights: 
 

- The wage / salary, as stipulated in the standard contract signed by the employer and the worker, within ten days from the date of entitlement

- One day rest per week paid

- The daily rest of the worker shall not be less than twelve hours, provided that at least eight hours continuous

- 30 days paid annual leave

- Providing medical insurance at the expense of the employer

- 30 days of medical leave per year

- Ticket - return - at the expense of the employer once every two years

- A decent place to live

- decent meals at the expense of the employer

- The clothes required to perform the work, if necessary, at the expense of the employer

- possession of identity documents such as passports, identity, etc.
