As per article 110 of the Bahrain labour law if an employee is terminated due to total partial closure of establishment or due to reorganization, the Ministry needs to be provided with a reason for termination 30 days prior to giving notice of termination to the employee. Please could you advise what the process is for this and what documents/information need to be provided to the Ministry?
