I want to know if i dont want to renew mi visa...

We would like to inform you that if you mean that you want to terminate the work, then according to the UAE Labor Law states the below:
Article (116):
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
Therefore, if you want to terminate the work then you have to pay the visa expenses.

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Residence Law related with expats, if the work contract finished and you want to change the employer, you can’t do so unless you get NOC from the employer to transfer the sponsorship to another one, in addition to cancel the old visa.
So you can’t work or transfer the sponsorship without the approval from the old sponsor. Therefore, we advise you to settle the situation with the employer to cancel the visa to be able to get new visa. As after finishing the contract you may be returned to your country, so you have to settle with the employer.
