We would like to inform you that according to cybercrime and information technology in the UAE, it is possible to go directly to the nearest police station or to go to the public prosecution office and submit the complaint and explain the matter in detail as the victims of cybercrime in UAE, or any complaints of extortion, technical breaches, financial fraud and other crimes committed through the Internet and social networks.
You can also always report cybercrime at your nearest police station, and call 999 for help.
Law, Article (10) stipulate that:
Criminal proceedings may not be instituted in the following offenses except on the basis of a written or oral complaint from the victim or his legal representative:
1. Theft, fraud, breach of trust and concealment of the proceeds if the victim is a spouse of the offender or one of his or her assets or branches, and these objects are not judicially, administratively or overburdened with another person.
2. The child shall not be extradited to those who have the right to request and be removed from the authority of his or her sponsor.
3. Refraining from performing maintenance, custody, lactation, or sentenced housing.
4. Insulting and slandering people.
5. Other offenses provided for by law.
The complaint shall not be admitted three months after the day the victim and the perpetrator learned of the crime, unless the law provides otherwise. This part of the penal notch
