We would like to inform you that an investor visa in Saudi Arabia may be obtained through an application submitted to the Ministry of Economy if the following conditions are met:

 

 - That the facility has a medium classification and the number of its workers is not less than 50, with its commitment to employ Saudis in accordance with the Kingdom's commitments to the World Trade Organization, represented by specifying only 25% of foreign workers as an upper limit than all workers in foreign or mixed companies,  Provided that the facility determines the division of their categories into 10% of managers and specialists, 15% of technicians and workers, or vice versa.

The applicant to endorse the profession of investor or the director general shall fulfill the following conditions:

 

 -The academic qualification is not less than the university degree.

 

 

 - That no court rulings have been issued against the establishment or the applicant for the profession in criminal or commercial cases in the Kingdom or abroad, and that neither the establishment nor the applicant has a case pending inside or outside the Kingdom.

 

 

 - Certificate of experience on assuming leadership responsibility of the Director General of not less than ten years.

 

 

 -The general manager shall have a share in the ownership of the company.
