I have trading import and export company in hamriyah free zone. There are two shareholders on the license, me and the other person. The guy I am a partner with left the country and he isn't coming back. so he leaving all responsibility for me. so I want remove him from shareholder he doesn't want the company and I can't make any changes. To remove him hamriyah authority need paper from court. So I have no ideas from where to start or what to do.
