We would like to inform that with regards to transferring your sponsorship to another company, the employer must approve it and you can't transfer your sponsorship without his knowledge unless the employer commits violations of the Labor Law and the Employment Contract so that you can transfer the sponsorship with the approval of the Ministry of Labor. Therefore, if you want to transfer your sponsorship to another company, you should go to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and submit a request to transfer the sponsorship:
The transfer of the worker sponsorship shall meet the following conditions:
- A valid residence permit for the foreigner
- A valid work card for the foreigner
- The lack of a registered citizen to apply for work can do the same work
- Approval of the current and new employer
- Match the qualifications and experience of the worker with the specifications of the new profession
- Expiry of a certain period of time with the employer, calculated as follows:
- One year for master's and doctoral degrees
- Two years for bachelors
- Three years for those who do not hold previous educational qualifications
