But the labor law states that the core working days are Sunday to Thursday and that If working on Friday the employee should be paid 150% of his/her daily rate... isn’t that saying that they employer cannot just make me work on Friday at the same rate? Seems like it should be a change of terms and conditions on my employment contract to say the least?
