Thanks for the response. If a person is a manager in license but he is not signatory and he does not hold POA from company and he s just an employee and left the company will he be liable for debt of the company( as per definition of company) if he has not done any thing harmful to the company

Please note that if you are appointed in the company with a position as a director and not a partner, do not ask about anything, and he is not considered responsible for the company’s debts unless he was responsible for them exceeding the job limits Thank you

Thank u so much for clarifying. One last queryUnless a manager in license( employee onlyband not a partner) does something wrong he will not be responsible for companys debt.Am i right

Yes, as was explained to you in the previous answer, the debts of the company are borne by the shareholders, unless they are a reason through your work as a manager of these debts. Thank you.

i was an employee n one company till 2016 and also manager in the trade license. but i never had POA and i was not signatory

banks filed civil cases and two bank cases went up to supreme court and all judgements said company and shareholders are liable( iam not share holder,).

i was just an employee and not even director or shareholder. i was manager in license with out POA and not signatory. My residency was cancelled in 2017 and iam on my own visa since 2018. my only concern is even now my name appears in the trade license of previous company.i want to know none of execution of judgements against company does not affect me just because my name still is appearing as manager in license inspite of court judgement removing my name as manager in license
