I have a car loan and they put a case on me against late payment so i cannot renew the registration of my car. Yet i gave them the valid reason For I don’t have a job due to I filed a Case in Sharjah Court against my company for delayed of 11months payment, now the status is i am in the stage of asking them to pay me already in execution yet still now i am not receiving any payment from them. I pay them direct to Al Hilal bank branch amount is 1644(monthly payment)Dated:February 02 2020At 11:32 amMay 28 2020At 13:04 pmAugust 05 2020At 8:46 amSeptember 26 2020At 8:32 amOctober 07 2020 At 13:30 pm Now I am planning to pay again for 1 month for i have a certain amount yet i found out I cannot register my car.What should I do? In my case of suing the Greenline interiors all the judgement is done and i am in execution court and send already the letter to pay me yet till now i did not receive anything what should I do? If it will take months and years should I wait? Or any other way to force them to give me mu payment? So I can settle all my Liabilities.
