Good evening. i have yet to submit documents to the court for a case filed against my employer. I resigned formally in august 16, left company 1st October. the company didnt want to pay full settlement of end of service pay and other dues. Approximately Im to receive 50k total but he wants settlement to 16k only which is unacceptable.He said company will be closing soon too, they dont have asset in my knowledge. He threatened me that i will get nothing incase I continue the court case.

if the company will not renew trade license in April (trade license is valid till 7 april only) and will not continue its operation. will the sponsor still he held liable considering that trade license is not renewed? technically he will be not the sponsor anymore at that time.

We would like to inform you that the sponsor approval is necessary as you can’t transfer the sponsorship without it. If the sponsor is outside the country then he can make power of attorney to another person to transfer the sponsorship. If he refused then you can file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and they will grant you the permit to transfer the sponsorship without the approval from the old sponsor.

The procedure is the same for cancelling the visa, but you have to file the complaint in the Residence and Foreign Affairs Department.
