Hi i am Malik Ali. I have an emergency at home. I submit my resign in company at 17thon November, But my company didn't accept my resign. I am in limited contract. I am ready to pay 45 days. But they're not accepting. Kindly assist me. I don't want any ban on me. I want to come back after 3,4 months.

We would like to inform you that if you work with a fixed-term work contract and want to terminate the contract before its term expires and you offered to pay an amount of 45 days, then in this case you can file a complaint against the employer for violating the law, as if the contract was terminated by the worker, the worker was obligated to compensate the employer for what he suffers from a loss as a result of the termination of the contract.
Provided that the amount of compensation does not exceed half a month's wages for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, and that is all unless there is a provision in the contract stipulating otherwise.
This is according to the provisions of the Labor Law,
Article (116)
If the contract is terminated by the worker's party for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), the worker is obligated to compensate the employer for the loss he has suffered as a result of the termination of the contract, provided that the amount of compensation does not exceed half a month's wages for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter And all of that as long as there is no text in the contract stipulating otherwise.
