In the event of a car accident occurring for you and the accident has missed a percentage of disability and you wish to file a material compensation claim, then in this case you can file a civil lawsuit requesting compensation from the insurance company whereas, it is permissible for those who have suffered bodily harm due to the use of the car to refer directly to the insurance company for compensation, and it is not permissible for the insurance company to cling to the face of the affected third party by not being responsible for compensation
This is according to the provisions of Federal Law No. 21 of 1995, which reads: -
Article 26
In order to license any motor vehicle, or to renew its license, in accordance with the provisions of this law, it is required that it be insured for the benefit of others at least.
Those who have suffered bodily harm as a result of using the car may refer directly to the insurance company for compensation.
As well as in accordance with the general conditions issued by the Insurance Authority Administration No. 25 of 2016 regarding the vehicle insurance policy for the benefit of others, which reads:

The insurance company may not insist in facing the aggrieved third party by not being responsible for compensation
