May an employer make a security guard in standing pisition for continuesly for 10 hours?

Please be kindly informed that according to the data provided to us in your inquiry and with reference to the Bahrain Labor Law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the employer first, the behavior of the employer is considered contrary to the law and the provisions of the work contract, especially since the Labor Law in Article (22) stipulates that it is prohibited for the employer to He violates the terms agreed upon in the individual work contract or the collective work contract, or
