Hlw maam, I want to know how to get passport from company, they told me that I'm terminate from system , and shows loan around 8000aed . So what's the legal process to take passport. Is ther will any problem later ?

Actually the problem is company showing the loan amount that they provide in the beginning year that I came here, for the food supply and liceans amount . they didn't give job for 8 monthnow they r telling to clear loan which is not possible for me to give that large amount around 8 thousand aed.so I want my passport, how to get passport ? without having band

before i request them to cut from my salary but they didn't, i went for vacation and come late due to family reason, i had already inform my supervisor about late joining.later they tell me that i got terminate for late joining,when I ask for passport and deport me to my country, they say I need to pay 1st loan then only i get my passport .now, what will be solution for me ?I got terminate in Feb they just hold me here,without any support. please guide me what to do?

company says I'm just terminate from system only, so they didn't provide me work nor salaryits already 9 month without work from company, when I ask for passport or send me to my country they says to pay loan.
