I was working with a company for almost 7 years on a salary + commission contract basis. My commission accumulates to AED 2.1 Million is 5 years but the owners didn't pay Nothing even after many follow ups and reminders and always giving fake promises to pay off in next quarter and so on and on. 2 years back the previous owners sold the major share to new investors but previous owners did not disclose my dues to new investors and when I had asked to pay my dues they refused and then I had filed complaint to UAE labor dept. The sitting with the legal counselor went for almost 7 months from 2019 to March 2020. Finally they had agreed to pay 660k only in 12 equal installments starting from March 2020 but again did not pay anything until October 2020 then I left the job in order to file strong legal case against them. Can I file for 2.1M demand as the letter issued by company owner was not obeyed and thus I believe this time frame becomes null and void,isn't. Though I have agreed on that letter for payment should start from March 2020 for 13 month but in case if that was not paid on time then do you think is there any value to that committee? What do I need to do
