I had salary + commission contract with my...
I had salary + commission contract with my employer and in last 5 years my dues amounting to 2.1 million and filed labor case in july 2019 and had almost 7 months sitting with legal counselor between my company owner and myself and after 7 months they have agreed to pay only 660k and issued an official letter to me for 12 equal installments starting from march 2020 but they did not pay single installments until October 2020 and then I have left the job and decided to file a legal case against the company to recover all dues as the letter which was issued by them of 660 k was not obeyed as per payment structure agreed. In that case should I go for full 2.1 million demand

as the letter issued by company owner was not obeyed and thus I believe this time frame becomes null and void,isn't. Though I have agreed on that letter for payment should start from March 2020 for 13 month but in case if that was not paid on time then do you think is there any value to that committee? What do I need to do

If you have financial dues with the employer in the amount of 2.1 million and you filed a labor lawsuit and the employer agreed to pay 660,000 only and sent you an email with that, but the company did not pay this amount, in this case if you agreed to end the dispute by agreeing to that amount, then you are only entitled to claim the amount that you agreed to in writing. If you do not agree in writing to this agreement, you are entitled to claim the full amount of 2.1 million.

ok, I have letter in writing stated that I am entitled to receive 660k starting from March 2020 for 12 months, I.e. 55k per month but that is also not obliged by them, in this case should I go for labour suit again or file a civil case

In the event that there is a letter issued by the company declaring their right to an amount of 660 thousand and the company did not pay, then you can file a civil lawsuit to claim what was stated in the company's letter of its acknowledgment that there is a debt owed to you
