We would like to inform that first If your work contract is of unlimited duration, you must give 30 days notice before leaving the job but if the employer commits a violation of the contract of employment and the labor law, you can leave the work without notice.

Second: In respect of end of service indemnity A worker who has completed a year or more in continuous service shall be entitled to the end of service indemnity upon termination of his service. The remuneration shall be calculated as follows:

1. Twenty-one days' pay for each of the first three years of service

2.Wage of twenty-eight days for each of the following three years of service

3. Thirty-five days' wage for each year, in addition to that

The above remuneration shall not exceed a total of two years' remuneration.
