We would like to inform you that you can get an investor residence for two years renewable but not a residence for ten consecutive years.

Investor visa
Granted to a foreigner who wishes to invest his money in the country based on a certificate issued by the competent authority stating that.
- Valid for use: within six months from the date of issue.
- Validity: Six months from the date of stamping the visa on the passport, and after verification of the investment, a residence will be granted  for two years after bringing the approval of the competent authority and renewable.

- Number of trips: Multiple trips.
- Fee: collected by the Ministry of Manpower.

Conditions :

The investor or partner must obtain approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to invest in the Sultanate.
Required Attachments:
Submit the electronic application form on the website taking into consideration to be certified and stamped by the sponsor and printed in Arabic for Arab nationalities and in English for non-Arab nationalities, and enclosed with the following documents:

Attach two personal photos (4 × 6) cm.
Attach a copy of the investor's passport provided that it is valid for a period not less than six months.
Submit the original certificate of partnership issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with a copy.
Bringing the labor license issued by the Ministry of Manpower to be stamped with an investor stamp.
Attach a copy of the signature form of the authorized partners to the signature issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Bringing the labor license issued by the Ministry of Manpower to be stamped with an investor stamp.
Attach a copy of the valid Omani Chamber of Commerce and Industry affiliation certificate along with a copy of the valid commercial register.
In case the application is submitted by a person other than the partners, the delegate must be Omani and have an authorization issued by the General Directorate of Passports and Residence at the request of the sponsor.
Attach a medical examination card for arrivals from some countries specified by the Ministry of Health (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia) to be approved by the Ministry of Health.
Note: If the application is submitted through the Sultanate's representations abroad, a copy of the foreigner's passport valid for a period not less than six months + a cover letter from the applicant shall be attached with the electronic form.
