If there is a person threatening you and interfering with your private affairs, you must write a report against him in the police station or file a complaint with the Public Prosecution Office, and after investigation with him, he will be legally punished and you can before that sign a pledge not to attack you again
Article 173 of the Kuwaiti Law on Attacks
Whoever threatens a person to inflict any harm on himself, his reputation, his money, soul, reputation, or money of a person of concern to him whether the threat was in writing, orally, or through actions that impose fear upon the intention to assault oneself, reputation, or money, intending thereby to induce the victim to do an act or to refrain from it, shall be punished imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding 2,000 rupees, or one of these two penalties.
If the threat is death, the penalty is imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding 3,000 rupees or either of these two penalties.
