Hi Sir , I am not getting paid from last six...
Hi Sir ,
I am not getting paid from last six month from my current company , I have registered the complaint to dubai court, As per MOHRE and Tawafuq once your register the complaint you then need to take court summary from Al Adheed and you can cancel your labour card. I called to Al Adheed today they are saying we can not cancel labour card you can work in another company with 6 months work permit.so I am confused now . What is actual rule ?

Hi , But As per Towafaq and MOHRE , when you register complaint in court, court will give you court summary, this summary when you submit to Tehsil or Tawafaq they wil cancel card. I confirm with them around four to five times.same things one of my friends done in Abu Dhabi before 10 days .

If what your saying is correct then my current company will not allowed to work me on Disputed visa and another thing I can not avail benefit of medical insurance of new company even if they allowed.
