Hi Sir , I am not getting paid from last six month from my current company , I have registered the complaint to dubai court, As per MOHRE and Tawafuq once your register the complaint you then need to take court summary from Al Adheed and you can cancel your labour card. I called to Al Adheed today they are saying we can not cancel labour card you can work in another company with 6 months work permit.so I am confused now . What is actual rule ?
