If your inquiry concerns the unlawful termination of a limited-term contract, you have the following information is provided:
If the worker on a limited-term contract terminates the work contract illegally, then he must pay the following amounts to the employer :
- A maximum of one and a half months' salary as compensation for the illegal termination of the working contract.

Article 116:

Should the worker bound by an employment contract with determined term leave his work by his own choice prior to the expiry of the contract, he shall not be entitled to an end of service gratuity unless the duration of the service period exceeds five years.
