Hi sir/ madam,I had a credit card from ADCB paid in full 100% and left without closing. Now that is showing AED 243k while the limit is AED 49k only.My salary was in UNB BANK and recently came to ADCB BANK due to merger of both banks. This month my employer paid annual child education allowance (48k) in my salary. ADCB has held 52k and not releasing even i hv given them proof of my continue employment as well as that this amount is education allowance. I have also requested them to settle this card consider the limit of card 49k and making installment plan. Pls. Advise what can I do.
