Hello, Good day! Back in 2019 i applied a work as house keeper in London, i was hired and im waiting for my documents to come. But the lawyer of my supposed employeer told me that my documents passed thru Malaysia as this is the nearest border to the Philippines. Then the Malaysian custom asked payments for the tax. I did not pay it because i dont have money to pay for it. Then after a months i applied here in UAE, Jan 2020 i arrived here in my employeers home. Now my supposed to be employeer in London contacted me again and he said i need to get my documents as they renew it from the British government in London. They asked money from me again to pay for my documents that stuck in Malaysian custom. Then they said that if i did not pay they will do a legal case from the embassy here in UAE so my contract here in my employeer now will be terminated. Is it true that my contract here will be terminated if they file a legal case about breaching my contract in London?
