We would like to inform you that the absconding notice have to have certain conditions in order to be valid, and in case it was a false (invalid), you should submit a report at the Ministry of Labor in order to cancel it within a month of its issuance stating that it is a false report.
The conditions are:
The work permit should be valid for at least 30 days.
The facility should not be idle.
The Commercial Register must be valid.
The worker must be absent from work for 15 days or more without a legal reason or without informing the employer.
There should be no registered violation against the facility at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority or other entities.
The worker who is absent from work in the Bahrainization system will be registered until he leaves Bahrain or moves to another employer.
The worker can not request to move to another job or to work with the same employer if the authority approves the notice.
The notice can not be canceled after one month of submission.
In the case of the absconding of the foreign worker at the moment of arrival at the airport, the airport police must be informed first, with a proof of that.
