We would like to inform that The appeal against judicial decisions must be made within a specified period from the date of issuance of the judgment. The sentence may not be appealed after this period has expired. The UAE Civil Procedure Law affirmed that the appeal against the appeal shall be within 30 days from the date of its verdict or from the date of notification.

The date of appeal shall be thirty days unless the law provides otherwise and the date shall be ten days in urgent matters
