My company had my internationalnumber passport and now my countract expires, the company put me unpaid leave for 7 month without any payment, now want me.to sign conciliation document, that he has paid me all including my gratuitythe, i need advice on how to deal with it because my employer is proving hes above the law,i he wont even talk to me.
