Hello I have marriage questions

We would like to inform you that in regard to marriage in Kuwait then the two spouses, the wife's guardian and two witnesses must attend the documentation office at the Ahmadi courts complex or the Al-Rukhi courts complex. The application form shall be filled out and the required fees must be attached and paid.

The following documents must be attached:

• Civil ID and valid passports for residents
• Inventory of legacy for a widow
• The letter of the executive committee and a proof of ID for foreigners who are residing illegally
• A letter from the insurance as of to indicate the status of the husband whether he is a student or a worker or has no job
• Information or inventory of inheritance if the guardian is deceased
• Bring special power of attorney.
• A certificate of divorce (If divorced woman)
• If the husband is military, he will have to obtain marriage permit issued by the competent authorities
