Hi Moath ,
I have resigned from a private sector on 5th of Nov 2020 , and i joined this company on March 2018 ,
Every year we are having incentive as a middle management but they dont want to calculate it for me prorated as i’m not leaving on 31st of Dec , i have resigned because of sever medical complications because of the stressful environment and the extra hours and the abuse of a disrespectful boss i worked for the past 2 years and half
Is there anything in the labour law saying not eligible for that bonus .?

We would like to inform you that if you joined the facility since March 2018 and resigned in November 2020, then in this case you will be entitled to one-third of the end of service benefit
This is according to the provisions of the Labor Law: -
Article (137)
If a worker who is bound to an indefinite contract leaves his work voluntarily after continuous service of not less than one year and not exceeding three years, he is entitled to one-third of the end of service gratuity stipulated in the previous article, and if his continuous service period exceeds three years and does not exceed five years, he is entitled to two-thirds of the said reward, If his continuous service period exceeds five years, he shall be entitled to a full benefit.
