I worked in a company on limited contract...

I worked in a company on limited contract visa.Company terminated me and I filed a labor case against my company for seeking 3 salaries.Court gave judgment in my favour.But mean while my company file a labor case against me for damages amount 12000. They simply mentioned in case that I need damages.Today the court rejected their case.Now my question is. Can I claim damages from my company due to this fake case?
