My car was confiscated because of not having renewed my registration last 2018 January

Yes. But my concern is the car has been sold or removed under my name which all fines was registered in it however my question now is that how come my fines was not deducted from the selling amount or how did the car registration move without clearing fines in it

Now fines was still on my traffjc code profile but not on my my driving license.

I can request for clearance from my driver's license which have same traffic code but in link to my visa it cant proceed because of fines showing that need to be settled

My other concern is that if i will pay for example for the fines they should give my car back. Does that fair?

You have to go to the General Directorate of Traffic to know what you are seeking.

I have been through Directorate websites but I can't find options that explains descripancy of my traffic profile account stating the transaction of my vehicle that it was impounded or sold to someone. Car was confiscated last 2019 February and was not able to arrange it because I was having issue on my visa that time.

As per my inquiry my vehicle has been sold and my plate number is active now with someone's name.

I was not notified that they sell it and traffic fines was still same amount as is was taken from me. And also there are incriment with the fines now.

I just finish car mortgage this year and have not able to manage to pay both car loan and settle the fine business due that bank is cutting big amount on my salary for the loaned car.

you must go to the Traffic Department to determine your violation for the sake of accuracy, because the website does not explain this matter

Anyway may I further inquire if residence employment visa cancelation related to traffic fines? If it is what are my options in canceling my visa in lue to pay the fines after.
