Good evening, I was contacted by Dubai police (15 mins ago) in regards to a false complaint reported yesterday by a person that highly dislikes me, accusing me of "theft" to defame & cause me high emotional trauma. This person is unfortunately my mother, an NPD abuser. The false complainant has no physical evidence whatsoever, but I have physical evidence which proves it's a false complaint & would like to countersue for emotional damage + defamation. Does Bur Dubai police have a right to force me to attend the station tonight - Or does the false complainant have to turn it into a court case, as there is no evidence provided & I can remain at home?
