I am residing in Al Nahda Sharjah. I run my foodstuff trading business in Dubai, recently due to this pandemic I am facing financial difficulties in running my company further and also my wife is been redundant from her job. so we need to vacate the country within 2 months. But the problem is our residential real estate company is asking for 2 months rental penalty for termination of rental contract. Can you please suggest on how to resolve this issue without penalty.
